We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here today, the staff were friendly, attentive to our needs and knowledgeable when asked about dietary options. I would single out Denton today for his exceptional customer service skills. The selection of cakes was lovely and a player contained a small array of miniature cakes alongside a topping of berries. We look forward to our next visit.
Came here over the summer with my study abroad group months ago and had an amazing experience!!! They were so accommodating to our large group, the tea was immaculate, and the food was incredible! This was a highlight to our visit to Statford Upon Avon.
My wife and I have just had afternoon tea in a beautiful and friendly tea room, you have to try this excellent and original place. Very reasonable, good portions presented well and very keen to please. Comfy and homely. The picture tells you everything, good food never stays on a plate!
Stopped by for a cream tea. Lots of staff and all very attentive, plus the original beams and wonky floors make a great atmosphere! Felt it was a little bit pricey £18 for two cream teas, but they were tasty and came with cream and jam.Food: 5/5
Lovely hidden gem!from outside, it looks like a small bakery where you have 2 tables and can order tea with your pain au chocolat. But don't be fooled, go inside and brand new space and atmosphere welcomes you - old tudor style house in 2 floors, lovely decorations, authentic beams and you can have a view to a busy street. The food is a bit pricy, but very, very good.
Really tasty Americano and Elizabeth I tea. The food was nice and light, and the staff friendly and helpful. The building is a character in and of itself. So quaint and wonky. Well worth a visit.
Lovely tea rooms/cafe. Very old building which adds to the atmosphere. It was a cold day when we visited and the upstairs was a little chilly but the soup was lovely and warming. Service was very good and the people who served us were very friendly. We were only visiting for the day so unlikely to get back anytime soon but would eat here again. Price wise we considered our food to be good value
Absolutely stunning building and atmosphere. We only had a coffee there, but would definitely recommend stopping for a drink or food in this tea room while visiting town centre, amazing experience. Staff 5Service: 5/5
