Starbucks coffee is unmatched to our taste. My son is fond of White Mocha Frappuccino and square chocolate donuts which are not served here in UK. Staff were highly cooperative and through professionals.
Always my go to shop for coffee especially working in the city centre. Went with my partner and baby and went the toilet to change her and found them absolutely disgustingly managed - wee stains on the toilet and floor, toilet roll dispenser absolutely caked in mold from the inside, literally years of mold festering around. Couldn't believe it. Coffee is always great but seeing how vile the toilets were it speaks volumes for how the hygiene is kept up behind the counter. Dont think i can ever go again, sadly.
Came here yesterday, woman that served me looked as if she worked at Karens diner before she came to work at Starbucks. Just blunt and lack of warm welcoming spirit to me as a customer. I've been to lots of Starbucks's before where all staff are lovely and friendly but I don't know what it was with this one. Anyway it is nice and quiet and coffee was nice.

service was quick and staff needs to smile more. staff needs to check the toilets more often as it needed cleaning up.
Loads of tables to sit, very comfy and with nice views of the shopping hall and the Christmas lights, so beautiful! Coffee amazing as always
Yesterday the toilets were disgusting. There wasn’t any toilet roll, the floor was all wet, toilet unclean, used sanitary products on the floor in the corner along with toilet roll and door handle unclean. My friend said the toilet she went into next to mine was the same.
Friendly service, but cappuccino was far too hot this is not a silly complaint, if you overheat the milk it changes completely, and ruins the coffee in the process. Pity that a place like Starbucks can't get the one thing it's meant to be famous for right.
Long line, my drink tasted watered-down, a little too busy for my liking, not enough tills or staff.Food: 2/5
Waited an age for cheese toasties, which were just sat on the counter, wasn't told they were ready, didnt even get a plate....15 quid down the pan,staff couldn't be bothered.
