milk overheated so texture was off, (maybe skin also). too much foam to tell. standards have slipped.

Staff are friendly and I’m sure would have remade it if requested.

Fast service, choice of takeaway or proper mugs and big cake treats. Shortbread wasn't bad, just a little dry and not quite sweet enough.

Plenty of seating and eye candy nearby.

Such bad customer service! Young worker being persistantly in denial of wrong order. Also, refused to make a specific drink when requested - bad attitude... gives Starbucks a bad rep.
