Don't even deserve 1 star, their only benefit is that their 24hrs! Went to get 2 hot drinks yesterday. Lady who served me was mopping and cleaning the floor, she then came and used handful sanitizer instead of washing her hands properly under the tap. Anyway she has no customer service skills, said "what do you want" instead of being polite and serving me properly. Then didn't even say thanks once I have her the money and said thanks. All she said was here's your change and looked away. Then top of that she put so much milk in my tea it may as well had been hot milk instead of tea. Poor service and poor attitude. I suggest Costa invest and pay for decent staff and have a proper selection process as otherwise their poorly skilled serving staff will turn away customers!

Staff quick and efficient. Bacon and brie panini absolutely horrible. Sparse filling and bland. Coffee was OK though.
