Probably the worst starbucks I've been too, and I live locally and often go in (then remember why I don't more often). Service is so so poor, and the coffee is generally not well made. On more than one occasion I've seen staff actually have out right arguments with each other.

Starbucks? More like shitbucks! The staff argued with me about What a medium cup is! I dont care if you don't do small anymore I asked for a medium not a large. I gave up on the stupid barrista wanna be' s and paid for a large instead of a medium. Rude and obnoxious fools! And they didn't even blend my frappachinno properly.... what a great day out!

Depends what time of day you go I think. It can get busy. They are happy to make me drinks without coffee in and just flavoured syrups in (I don't like coffee!). I’ve always found staff in here helpful and friendly, but often trying to do their best in difficult circumstances. What I mean by that is that there are not enough staff there and they are overstretched.

It’s used to be a nice place ,but not any more unfortunately.Have to wait 10mins because the staff chatting to each other none of them really bothered to make my coffee and wasn’t even anyone front of me. They were quite annoying

I was so excited to have my first eggnog latte of the season only to be disappointed. It was overly foamy (the cup was super light when I picked it up- more like an eggnog cappuccino!) and the milk to eggnog ratio was off so it barely tasted like eggnog. I took it back which was hard for me to do but I had been looking forward to it and they're not cheap. The baristas were nice about it but I was told to order it 'wet' next time. I personally worked at Starbucks both in the US and UK and a standard eggnog latte does not have to be ordered wet or dry! It is not being made correctly and I definitely will not be ordering one or any drinks from this location again.
