Positives: There were tables available There were gluten free cakes They offered cream on top They processed my Vodafone voucher Negatives: Chai latte was actually lukewarm After offering cream, one came without.. we then went back to ask for cream and the server tipped about an inch and a half of the drink out (unnecessarily) to accommodate the cream. I asked about some interesting looking sprinkles and was told they’re for Christmas drinks. I would have liked it as an option. I did not get given a receipt.

What I expected....its a COSTA ;) staff alert and effective. A bit to few seats for the amount of customers. Clean toilet. All good overall.
