Good choice of tea and coffee, both hot and cold. Small snacks also available. Would be more helpful if staff asked if you have a loyalty / unlimited card. Can be a little on the expensive side.

Poor service as the barista kept getting my order wrong when when I complained the barista broke down in tears. What kind of company is Starbucks running here? This is a coffee shop so staff need to act professionally regardless. Is the manager available on here as I’d really like to speak to them regarding this? As I’ve often had poor service at this branch compared to the other branches.

They always make my neices and I feel very welcome and they even have a small selection of toys that they have allowed the children to play with.
