Visited early morning after being at the gym. The two girls were far too busy talking to each other to give any form of service. The order before mine was two drinks, one being a tea. Why did they not make the tea whilst the coffee was being made? No, they will make it one by one, so they could carry on chatting. Then it came to my order, a simple cortado with semi-skimmed milk. She looked at the ticket three times, did I get semi-skimmed milk. No!! Why did I not get the milk printed on the thrice looked at ticket, because the customer was an inconvenience to them and their need for chatter! Very poor!!
Stopped for coffee, staff were absolutely miserable looking didn't even crack a smile.nAtmosphere was rather dull like something in a mood.nService was standard but need be abit more cheery, put me off a little my usual starbucka staff are a great deal more friendlier and happy.
I really love visiting this store, all the staff are super friendly and serve drinks quickly, we visit that often that some members even remember our order.nnThe staff always have a smile and are happy to answer any questions or give there honest thoughts about drinks.nnI had a problem with the prices of drinks always changing each time and extra charges being applied when they shouldn't. I contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly.nnI really love going here with my family, just sitting and watching the world go by and enjoying a coffee together. They serve plenty of food with vegan options available. There is also a large indoor seating area and smaller outside area. This has recently been renovated and now has a more modern feel to its design.nnEven the dog can have a treat from time to time with a puppuccino! There is normally a water bowl outside too and the staff will fill it up when needed.nnI would highly recommend a visit if you are local.
Coffee warm, despite asking for extra hot, but not as cold as the room temperature which was blowing a chilly breeze the entire time.nYoung children running wild and climbing over the long cushioned seating, with the staff just looking on.nAn overall unpleasant experience.nnWill try Costa, across the road next time.
Lots of staff, but 10 mins to serve one person, with a dog ! My coffee was cool, also as they made it, I noticed the coffee was missing the cup and going into the drip tray. Awful place. Why are dogs allowed, beats me. Why can't 4 people make a proper hot coffee quicker. I'm disappointed
