Another coffee shop I visit very often. Nearly always perfect. Lovely chilled atmosphere and pleasant staff. Only took a star off because last time I asked for coconut cappuccino and got normal milk...and the food isn't quite a good as Costa!

A handy little store on the side of a busy road. Spacious, clean, modern. Nice range of coffee and snacks. Would recommend

Excellent staff who are always polite and willing to help. Great coffee. Friendly, relaxing atmosphere with great view of the Mersey and new bridge.

Disappointed as ran out of Christmas drink 2 days before Christmas. Told the day before it would be arriving but it didn't and isn't.  So much for the festive season at Starbucks. It finished before it began.

Staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. Only been once since the bridge closed as it's too costly using the new bridge so my friend and I go somewhere else. It's a shame.
