Came this morning to enjoy a coffee with my partner and we noticed a lady in a scooter waiting quite some time for someone to come out of the disabled toilet. Total of 20 minutes had gone by and no one came out, so we asked a member of staff if it was locked. The staff member responded to say she didn’t know and walked off with zero interest in sorting the issue out. The lady couldn’t wait any longer so we helped her into the other toilets. Surely disabled toilets should be accessible throughout the day? Luckily we were there to help the lady in and out of the toilets, but can’t help think this would’ve been a health and safety hazard had we not helped.
My favourite venue. I meet there with my friends two to three times a week. The staff are lovely and helpful. There is plenty of parking.nThe only two complaints I have is the outside door doesn't close properly and on occasion they run out of brown bread.
Big shout out to Caitlin who served me on Friday night after I had been towed off the mersey gateway. I really needed a cheery face and some kindness and that's exactly what I got. I had to wait hours for further recovery and it was very reasurring to be somewhere safe. As always great coffee nCosta you are very lucky to have such warm and welcoming staff - credit to your company
Arrived at 06:40 on Tueaday morning, they had 2 staff members in the shop and cars being served at drive through. I tried the door which was locked and staff member told me 10 minutes until they open. Very poor as advised opening time is 06:00. Walked over road to the Starbucks. Costa will lose customers with this attitude. I fully understand if they only had 1 staff member.
