Very nice and professional lady at the till. My coffee has been made quickly. Place wasn't top crowded even I visited on Friday. Place was clean and organised. Big choice of Starbucks branded mugs and cups to buy. Some lovely bakery and fruits available too
Credit where credit is due. An elderly lady fell whilst waiting in line and the staff were amazing at taking care of her alongside a few other customers. It was lovely to see that she got the support she needed.
Having visited this Starbucks In Bishop stortford I am shocked and disgusted in the manner of the service we received Whilst waiting in line my daughter was thirsty and asked if it was ok to open the water we were going to purchase i was also going to purchase a coffee and a snack Once at the till I was informed that they were only taking card payments and I only had cash They said that it’s card only So when I informed them that my daughter had already opened the water and drank some They then took the bootle from her and threw it in the bin This is a 4 year old child and to say that this is the type of customer service that startbuck staff is acceptable I have to say it is not And I will not use this store again And will not use any other Starbucks in future
Located inside the mall next to sainsbury's, quite a large Starbucks with lots of seating. Staff were friendly and hosted all the current product range. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available Parking: Parking on site. Wheelchair accessibility: Power assisted, wide door for wheel chairs
Lovely & polite staff. Very clean, no sticky tables. Busy when we went during weekend which was expected but plenty of tables available still
Lively place. Staff were lovely. fudge brownie hot chocolate was lusshhhh. My only issue was that it wasn't full of cream as it was hollow in the middle.
Terrible drinks made with what taste like gone off syrup and not alot of care to make the drink look as advertised. I tried 2 drinks and both were nasty. Very disappointed
The people at the bar are very kind , but the toilets are dirty and totally unacceptable for a food service. The tables were not wiped and dirty, the cups of previous customers, etc., piled on the tables, were not cleaned,.Starbucks is not acceptable. Sort it ... Clean up the place, it's not that hard. Just train your staff. Very dirty, I do not recommend, it is better, it costs, even the coffee is not good, it tastes like water from the sink
Went to meet friends for a coffee/tea at about 11.15 it took me over 10 minutes in a queue to get a tea. No decaf. When it finally arrived it was awful. Very weak even after leaving the teabag in the mug for about 5 minutes and at £2.70 definitely not worth the money. . Won't be going back.
Okay visit. Not really the best experience, just okay. I had better experience in Madrid and central London.
