I recently visited StarCity in Birmingham for bowling, based on the recommendation of my colleagues. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. The bowling alley was satisfactory, but it did not meet the standards of the bowling alleys I usually frequent in Leicester. The atmosphere was chaotic and not conducive to a pleasant experience. Despite the lack of a significant crowd, the place felt overly crowded. Furthermore, the arcade, which was intended to provide entertainment for my children, proved to be a source of frustration. My coins became stuck in one of the machines, necessitating assistance from the staff. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, they simply returned my coins and advised me not to use that particular game due to its malfunction. Additionally, several other games were inaccessible. To add to our disappointment, when we attempted to redeem our tickets at the ticket eater machine, no receipt was issued. Fortunately, the service personnel acknowledged the number of tickets we had and manually distributed prizes to my children. The cleanliness of the mall was also a major concern. The washrooms were unpleasant, and the overall appearance of the building was outdated. While the restaurants appeared clean, the unappealing environment deterred us from dining there. In conclusion, my visit to StarCity was a complete disaster, and I will not be returning.

Almost didn't bring the kids here today because of some of the bad reviews. Luckily decided to chance it and they had a. brilliant time. Did trampolining at Gravity first. Friendly staff, loved it. Then Laser tag...even friendlier staff and also fantastic! Then had lunch at a burger and pizza place downstairs which was lovely. Then fun station.....we have been to places like this before and this was way better value for money. Their cards lasted ages. Ok we spent a bit doing all this but also got a lot for the money. Recommend.for a day out.
Went there thinking it as a shopping mall. We didn't explore the whole place, just went to tenpin play some games there and leave. So can't say much how good the place is as an amusement mall.
Lots to do especially over the holidays with the family, plenty of places to eat including halal diets. Outdoor rides as well as indoor arcades, cinema and lots more, free ample parking, access for disabled. Reasonably priced rides. Fun day out
This center is fantastic with so much to offer! It's perfect for families, with plenty of activities that keep everyone entertained.
