The drivers a brilliant but the office has the worst customer service you can imagine. Brace yourself, this a long story. I called them and asked them for a cab to the holiday inn (Friday 15th December 2017 19:40). I specifically told them to go round the back as prior cabs have gone to reception and left before I could get their. Despite this, the cab went to the wrong location. I called to find out where the cab was and to resolve the situation and the woman at their offices said it was at reception and her attitude inferred i was foolish for not checking. While explaining that that was the precise reason i asked for it to go round the back she told me in a very patronising way not to be rude. I asked if i had been rude. i got no reply. she simply hung when i explained to her, its not rude to complain when a service you have requested is not delivered as requested. The driver was sympathetic and told me to call the manager, who he referenced by name.. When I called back, explained the miscommunication and tried to to speak to the manager to complain about the conduct, the woman on the phone claimed she had taken my call and she had done nothing wrong. I told her it was the conduct i.e. patronising and ironic rudeness etc I was addressing. She said she didn't like my attitude. I asked to speak to her manager. She claimed she didn't have one, said "Go away" and hung up. The driver told me to call the manager at a later date or visit their offices if i was serious about making a complaint. How the treat customers like this is beyond me and I cannot understand how they don't have a proper complaint system for those clearly guilty of professional misconduct.

Booked a cab from Kettering back to Corby 00.30am .. the driver text to say he was on his way and then rang to say he was outside.. bang on time... when we got in the cab he confirmed where we were going and set off, the conversation was good and kind natured and a comfortable drive... we got to our destination and he said have a good night guys... thoroughly nice bloke... decided to give him a tip for a genuinely good drive... definitely using again

I have just been told off by the dispatcher, and then cut off because she did not ask what time I wanted the taxi for! I did not require it immeditaely and so she tells me off, 'You could have told me it wasn't immediate', well every other Taxi company asks .. Won't bother again.

Quoted £10 more than another Corby taxi for a short trip, hung up on me when I asked them why it was so pricey; no thanks.
