What a terrible service! The drivers are actually okay, but the woman on the phone was so rude! When my taxi didnt turn up I phoned them again and after I told this woman I’m starting work in 10 minutes, she just hung up the phone without booking another taxi! I have used their service for a long time, but from today I’m not going to pay this company a penny.

During snowy conditions they don't take pre booked taxis and when you do ring in the morning you can't get a taxi as they are so busy, there is no winning. Bad service everytime I have had this problem!

Booked cab at 5.10 in morning didn't arrive till 7.00. Then canceled at all. I understand weather conditions and lack of drivers could let us know earlier.

Dissatisfied with the service - I was trying to book a cab and the person on the other line just kept mentioning the journey to the station will take a couple of minutes. I re-checked Google Maps and found that the journey actually takes 15 minutes. Please ensure that you provide customers with accurate information as the train journeys from Corby to London are infrequent. Going on the wrong timing can mean a wait of 1 hour or more for the next train.
