Donna saved me!! I had a nightmare with a piece of equipment I left on the train - I needed it as soon as possible and despite the rail disruption that day Donna and the EMT team sorted me out and looked after it. Thank you so much Donna, sorry I didn’t have chance to chat but had to get back to using the equipment I nearly lost. X
Looks nice. That's about where the positives stop. The ticket office is only open part time. But the biggest issue by far: according to the Office of Rail and Road the station sees an average of 1100 passengers a day. The car park has.... 60 spaces around 10 of which are reserved for electric vehicles and staff. Which is absurd. And the nice big open space that would have comfortably taken an expansion of the car park has now been built on. So unless you are catching a train about 6 in the morning, you aren't getting parked. The situation is not exactly helped by the car park being cheaper than other nearby stations. If they bumped the prices up it might push more drivers to Kettering instead where you can ALWAYS get parked. As it is, don't use the station if you need to drive to get there, use Kettering instead.
For not having the food or drink facilities is making people more uncomfortable and specially in the mornings when not all people have the time to eat or having coffee , we expect to have at least a coffee and a snack's vending machine .nIs still annoying and frustrating so please do somethings in regards of this.nnCheers
