This station is okay, but there does need to be improvements. Firstly, there isn't always staff available here. I went to buy some tickets to catch a train and the desk was closed with no staff in sightz and it was still the afternoon. You can't even use the toilet if there are no staff. Secondly, if both the help desk and the coffee bar is closed, then so is the whole building means no way to get a ticket, and a couple of times I had to still catch the train and get the tickets somewhere else by explaining my issue. At the moment it's not doing good, but if those issues are resolved then I'll be happy to change my review. Everything else though is fine.

The staffs are really kind there and they help you out when needed, however the only problem is that Corby train station is pretty quite. So looking for a near by café is impossible.

Corby Train Station is decent, does have many platform as its not that busy, sometimes the inside is closed and the toilets are unisex so its a bit awkward, the staff are good, there is no cash point so you have to go to Tesco, and only accepts cash. Food there is alright its a little expensive

Yesterday I visited this lovely railway station to purchase tickets to London. The lady in the kiosk could not have been more helpful. I had researched the trains and prices via the internet and she took the trouble to check them and improve upon them, actually saving me money! She was very pleasant and took her work seriously. Pity there aren't more people like her. What a difference to my experience last Saturday at Biggleswade train station. They advertise that a ticket office is maned until 2.15pm but there was only a ticket machine and a very long queue. I paid more for the tube ticket than the train to London. (Is that the reason they have no staff available)! Corby gets the thumbs up definitely!
