A cheap and cheerful hotel. We would go again it others are fully booked Our room was Ok, the shower cubicle could of done with a bit more clean but overall it was fine. The front desk isn't manned all day, we've never been to a place that's not manned all day so it was a bit of a shock to just get our key and go to our room after calling the number if no one is at the desk.

Wasn't expecting much as cheep. The room was OK and as it was cheep very basic- small TV which the remote work when it wanted to. But the biggest let down was the service, we asked when booking the room if we could arrive early and told no problem even rang up on the day to check still told no problem, and yet when arrived was informed this is not the case and rooms not available till five. After explain the phone call they looked into getting us a room. The miss understanding could have been forgiven if the communication and service was was even expectable yet as soon as we arrived it was like we we re an inconvenience and they didn't even want to be there. We fort the fact they had a restaurant there would be nice and convenient but after the service we got on arrival we wouldn't risk eating there. I will not be using again

A small place for a cheap accomondation in the area of Stansted. We didn't stay enough to see all the services, but from what we saw it seems it is good for the basics.

NEVER BE THERE ... Breakfast ? easy... if you are willing to walk 1.4 miles to the village ... THEY DON'T SERVE BREAKFAST AT ALL. ROOMS : Little bigger than a decent restroom of a real hotel. WiFi : I changed three rooms RECEPTION : a note on the front desc furniture saying "press the find button once " ATMOSPHERE: abandoned kitsch place from the 80s. Seen some junkies outside while entering. Bar on the left of the "reception" with loud speaking locals. FOOD: anything you need ... if you are willing to walk to the village (1.4 miles) There is a restaurant located at the "hotel" ... Indian/something food 17:30 till 23:00. CAN YOU REST/SLEEP ? : NO WAY : Too noisy, not only from the road noise but mainly from the residents of the next rooms.. I have been traveled to several "third world" countries in my life ... But this hole is a new experience. PS. If you want to go to your "room" you bypass the "reception" going through the ghests WC's corridor, then go OUT of the building and then hopefully ... Gave ONE star as a rate, because wasn't one of a ZERO ... 23£ by taxi from Standset airport. !!! GOOD LUCK
