Story

We are Derbyshire's longest established bike shop - we've been here in Matlock for over ninety years and have an excellent reputation for our friendly and helpful service. We attract customers from a large area that includes Sheffield,Chesterfield,Mansfield,Nottingham and Derby.We are on one of the main routes into the Peak District National Park and in the season we get many customers from all over the country visiting this beautiful area.

Inside these old buildings you will find some of the most up to date bikes and accessories, but no high pressure selling - if you want to browse, feel free. We stock many leading brands of cycle including TREK, WHYTE, RIDGEBACK, MARIN and WILIER. We also stock excellent BOSCH powered electric bikes ( and have demo bikes available too ). Many brands of mountain,road and BMX bikes such as SPECIALIZED, GT, GENESIS, DAWES, CUBE,FELT, DAHON, RALEIGH and DIAMOND BACK are available to order.

Just as important as what you buy, is where you buy it from. These days many cycle shops are very casual about advice they give you and are equally casual about the way they set the bikes up. At Stanley Fearn's we will take the time to talk things through with you so that you get the right bike and we will be very thorough in building up and adjusting the bike to make sure it is properly ready-to-ride.
