Rubbish customer service !!! my mums partner took some wellies there 2-3 weeks ago which had split down the inner Joining which yes he had had a year but only worn a a few times £50 Dunlop agricultural wellies that being so for that purpose of his job working at Chatsworth house in farming they said they would get back to them about this issue but after 2-3 weeks had passed and neededing these for his job had to go back to the store which from us is about 40-50 mins so not just local to go see we had tried to ring them but was no answer and to be told when arrived they wasn't going to do anything about it thanks for letting us know won't be buying from here again I work in a shop myself and know customer service is key to a good buiness these are let down by rubbish service to the public
Always so kind and helpful in loading my car because of my disability, polite and so understanding
I go in here regularly, staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the products. It is a bit pricier than some places but more convenient than going to Chesterfield etc
