Couldn’t fault them for delivery or quality of parts supplied although looking back at the project I could have found slightly cheaper alternatives. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but like I say, they were quick at acknowledgments and delivery. Onwards with decorating and carpet fitting now!
This company are great to deal with & extremely efficient. The office staff are extremely helpful, answering any queries I had with low wait times when calling by phone. The website is intuitive & easy to use. Additionally, the delivery of the goods was seamless and the delivery driver, Lee is extremely helpful and courteous. We received our stairs today and I am absolutely delighted. The product is excellent, the price was good and delivery was first rate. My delivery driver was called Mark and he was extremely polite and helpful. What's more I was given a 2-hour delivery slot and received a link to a tracking app at 6am that allowed me to see exactly where he was. This meant that I didn't need to wait around all day for the delivery. I strongly recommend StairBox! Many thanks.
Excellent product and service. We're a construction company newly using stair box, easy online design, no hassle from sales reps, delivered within 10 days. We decided on self build kit and it went together so easy. Really happy. Will be using again.
Ordered and received everything exactly as ordered and you can tell the items are all brilliant quality.nAnd there is a measuring tool on the website came in very handy to get the exact size glass for my landing.nBrilliant goods and service.
