Not bad properties,but considering they are built on the former JCB site, no wonder cracks are appearing.nNo character to the houses and small rooms.nAccess roads to houses are very tight not much garden and driveways are small and tight.nGod help if ever a fire engine has to get round.nTo close together and fence in like rabbit hutches.
Great out of town location consisting of new build housing to the highest standards. With the centre of Cheadle town within easy walking distance and open countryside on the doorstep this makes these homes very appealing for people who like the rural life and a plus on the greener side too.nWorth considering for your next move or new to the housing market!!!
Bellway homes moved in next to us nearly 2 years ago our home is the closest to the site with constant vibrations , dust , cracks in our walls ,a promise of a strip of land which they lied about , and now they've put a 8 ft fence up right by our window , blocking the light ,devaluing our home in the process . the site manager Lee has been very rude constantly , they don't care about the existing residents
