Terrible services. No updates about the diverted buses. Just shocking. Someone please bring some competition to this useless company!

missing and going past people at bus stops on a regular basis. I've rang up on 7 seperate occasions to complain but get nowhere with that. They just say we will make a note of it or will tell the driver. Yet it keeps happening. We pay towards your wages and you cant be bothered to stop for disabled people or people with kids. Its out of order to be honest and if there was another bus service i would be using them.

cant trust this company when there driver mr tracy sends a woman who suffers anxiety depression texts from a online tool that when she checked it out had mesages sent like im going to burn your house down and watch your back { also forgot agorophobia} as you can imagine this as caused a lot of distress to her as to the fact at 2am she was on the phone crying and scared someone was after her mr tracy admited sending it after lying for almost an hour but by then the damage was done she did not want to get the police involved in the matter but i thought i had to contact you on how unproffesional your driver is

Driver training anyone? Countless times i end up stuck behind a bus nose in arse out at a bus stop. We're told to give way to busses yet they don't give you chance before forcing their way out... other times they indicate to pull out whilst people are still boarding. As for the fares... my rear end nearly fell out and I exited the bus. I'll drive in future. 10 minutes ago in heavy traffic on Doncaster rd YN57MXM Bus NUMBER 22545 SERVICE 226 decided to ride my rear and inch by inch tried to see how close he could get. At one point he had to slam on after assuming I was setting off when I wasn't. Any need to be so close? Could you have pulled around me if I had broken down? Moved out of the way for the emergency services? Thought not. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS
