My son uses the local buses to get to school in the week. He travels to and from school on the number 4 bus and the 8am bus which drops the kids into clyst vale school and collects at 3.30pm then travels home again on the number 4 bus. Today on his returning journeys he lost his bus ticket and I would personally like to thank the very kind bus drivers who gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him travel on the two buses home. He did not have any money on him to buy replacement tickets and his phone was left at home so this could have quite easily turned into a very scary negative experience for him and for myself and his dad. I am very greatful to the bus drivers for allowing him to travel without buying more tickets. Your kindness and generosity really is so very much appreciated and stagecoach should be so proud to have such kind and caring employees. You really are a credit to the company and I hope you get recognition for this. Thanks again.

Missed my last bus and anouther driver going oppisite way offered me to use his personal phone to ring a taxi as over heard what had hapepened as i was stuck in kingsbridge with no phone and my children. Couldnt thank the driver more.

I never had positive experience with this company. Once I was waiting for service A on Heavitree over 90 minutes.No kidding.and it was nice bride sunny summer mid day. we were stopping opposite direction A service asking driver why 5  A's already came back but not single one our way.He mumbled something to the radio at HQ and said that bus should be on way. We waited another 20 min and they arrived 3 A's  in a row.They should be banned from UK and never allowed to come back and do business here.

Seriously, what is the point of a bus if it doesn't arrive at all? It's my third time to take the stagecoach and definitely my last time. As an international student, I am so much impressed by the punctuality of the English that I can hardly believe this can happen in the country.

i live in pinhoe near pinhoe station  i wait for bus every morning at causey lane this morning bus stop was there get home and the have removed i. there is alot of elderly peolelive in pinhoe why take this bus stop away i injured my knee not long ago and carnt stand for very long need a seat to sit on now i carnt thanks alot stagecoach take away  a good bus stop. My question to you is are yougoing to replace it or you going to let your customers get wet when it tips down with rain oh and how ridiculous taking away timetables away aswell use your common sense and use new bus stops in town and leave oours and others alone
