Disgustingly dirty waiting room they have heaters in the waiting room ..does nobody know how to put them on! How about fixing the doors to the waiting room...buses seem to run on there own timetable! 1 bus every2 hrs to okehampton (if ur lucky have waited 2 n half hrs)

Wife just been using this service the trip to her destination was lovely female bus driver really nice, and helpful. reason for one star is the male member of staff wearing a stagecoach uniform haranguing her and another lady at stage 13 at about,,, 1140"ish totally disscraful to moan public while at work about  both having  disabled bus pass

Average bus stop with less facilities. If you come after 7pm , the toilets are closed. I think council needs to think about this todo something. People can’t hold these until
Morning or during their wait time in the bus stop.

Disgusting service with buses never turning up on time. Still always leave 30-40 earlier and STILL the 57 buses turn up late or 2 come together !!!! 
Most drivers are lovely (couple of miserable 1’s) but extremely unreliable service  !! 
Drivers never seem to apologise for actually being late either which is just rude !!!!
DISGUSTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
