Left some Rayban sunglasses on double decker bus from Chichester station to Goodwood on 24th May. On my return the bus drivers acknowledged they had found them but couldn't put their hands on them at that time. I was told to not worry and to contact them in a few days time as they assured me they had them. I did as they say and now Stage coach are telling me, all drivers that day doing Goodwood run have no recollection of my missing property! Funny how story has changed. Don't trust your bus driver or depot and make sure you take everything with you.
One of my friends was very cold on the bus today. It was route number 52 from chichester back to East Wittering. A man wanted the window open, and he didn't want to close it as some people were so rude and the bus driver too. I'm writing this on behalf of my my friend. If someone wants the window closed, then they should close it. The bus was full up so he couldn't move seat.
Brought a ticket to be kicked of half way from a ticket inspector all because I wouldn't pay again although the driver saw my ticket but because I wouldn't look through the bin of 100 tickets to find mine I was kicked of! What a disgrace half the time the buses are never on time or drivers are rude!
Absolutely diabolical service if you can even call it that can't run a bus service even at 6 o'clock in the morning they turn up late if at all constantly cancelling and cutting short routes. What a joke this shower really are. Rude and inconsiderate drivers who take delight in pulling away without any care for passengers 1 star because I can't post with none !
We use the 52 & 53 buses regularly. We always use the app to check on times before travelling, as buses are often late due to trains, traffic and beachgoers. 53 is often cancelled once or twice in afternoons. Most drivers are fine. Polite and friendly. Some are obviously retired Formula 1 drivers!!! Often they miss our stop at Chapel Lane and we have to walk back.
Don't seem bothered about complaints. Replied after I complained about an issue on the 700 but only gave me 5 minutes to reply when I was busy and then told they were closing my case. When I did reply, I was ignored. Totally unacceptable
Busses are alway late and when it is just combing they immediately cancel it and the bus drivers can go a bit easier on the bus breaks as I Nerly fell over
Awful rude staff can understand why people Give the number 21 a miss
Twice this week whist attempting to catch the 700 bus from Blackboy Lane Fishbourne the bus has sailed straight by ignoring us. Do your drivers know that this is a public service and without the public they would be jobless. Come on Stagecoach please get your act together and train your drivers on what they are employed for. Phoned up to complain and they said that they would pass this on to the drivers. What good will that do ??
