Excellent service, in fact I forgot my wallet containing my school ID, BRP and two different bank cards in the bus and it was found and returned to me with everything inside intact.
I've never known a bus service so bad than the one ran in the Sunderland area. Barely runs to the timetable and waiting times are usually ridiculous during peak times. If cant cope with passenger numbers or traffic congestion then look at getting more services on. How dare we mention this to a driver without getting scowled at or getting grief. If you're providing a public service then provide the paying public with at least a half decent service.
I use the buses everyday and find the drivers on the whole are very pleasant and friendly. But as the saying goes it only takes one bad egg to spoil the pot!!! I'm absolutely fuming. I was waiting at a crossing waiting to cross the road , and I spotted the bus coming along the road. I couldn't cross the road until the lights changed, so the bus went sailing passed. I crossed the road and ran round the corner To try and catch the bus, I was relieved to see he was waiting for me, but as I got to the middle of the bus he promptly pulled away. No one got off the bus so he was clearly only waiting for me as I thought. More fool me !!!!!!!!!
Bus driver was in a huff because he had to open the doors to let my wife on. He was then in a huff because my wife had no money left on her weekly pass and had to pay for a new one. He was literally huffing and puffing the full time when my wife had done nothing wrong. Then to cap it off he didn't lower the entrance when my wife was leaving presumably he was still in a huff so my baby nearly went catapulting out onto the floor as my wife struggled to leave the bus. Don't use this company as they have miserable unhelpful people work for them.

Absolutly appalling waited 40 mins in the freezing cold for 1 bus and instead got 3 at the same time one after another as if they were on a day out together
Stagecoach is just a joke with completely unreliable buses which run like they want. Don't look at the timetable as they never come on time. Customer service is also a joke.
Visited stagecoach 3 times delivering new uniforms for the staff before they went on strike.

Always late I have been getting detentions because of the bus thay never seen to be there on time and I can only get 1 bus there the 23
