What a joke of a bus company, not using them again if I can help it. Bus scheduled doesn't turn up, next bus 15 minutes late. No explanation or apology and when phoned Stagecoach would offer no apology or refund. Shocking.
If it wasn't for stagecoach I would be stuck in Kirriemuir. The only bus that takes me to Forfar where I do everything.
Service is getting so unreliable its getting beyond the joke now. Never know if your bus is going to turn up. Father had to get a taxi home last night
Bus 20821 blocking the access from the motoway to my house, more than an hour in the car with my baby in a layby. Trying to contact but the phone just keep ringing no signs of the driver either.
Buses don't always turn up
