This disgracefully poor company employ drivers who are unfit to transport children. Yesterday 27th February 2019, a bus driver employed by JP Coaches has for the second time in as many months, placed the children in his charge on a school bus in danger by throwing them of the bus and refusing to transport them home. He made this flawed decision after finding 2 discarded empty "juice boxes" on the floor of the bus.. as no-one took responsibility for the litter he said "okay, we'll do it this way, show me your bus passes. Any kid who had forgotten or couldn't find their bus passes were thrown off the bus... all the kids involved had been issued bus passes by ANGUS COUNCIL but as the bus drivers never asked to be shown them, as anyone would, the kids would forget to take them or had lost track of where they last had them.. this was a vindictive act by a supposed trained and " responsible" adult... who clearly has no people skills and certainly not an ounce of common sense or decency. all of the kids thrown off the bus- had done nothing wrong and all lived in the country. miles from home with no bus service and no way of getting  home, most parents were miles away at work and could not get to their children quickly. As is the case in all cases of bullying and wrongdoing, the bus company and the driver- refuse to apologise or to address the issue. Oh, forgot to mention, the first incident I eluded to in my opening paragraph involved the same bus driver who held the kids hostage on the bus telling them after he locked the doors that they could not leave.... nothing was done about that issue either.. the operators of this company are clearly unfit to run such a business. I would be interested to know who exactly left good reviews about this company, probably family and friends, I would advise everyone who values their own safety and that of their loved ones to AVOID THIS DREADFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Fantastic service! The drivers are so friendly and look so smart in their uniforms. The coaches are always clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for any journey.

Driver closing door before my son can enter bus then next time son gets on bus driver then complains to soon for getting him in to trouble. Adults should not pick on children, it was me who made the complaint to the school not my son

I ran out of power on my electric car near their depot they kindly pushed it into there workshop and plugged it in for over 2hrs , they also gave me coffe and would not accept any payment.thanks guys your a top team Regards Brian Finnegan

Nearly killed me and my dad wish I could put 0 stars. We where in a car and the bus ran us off and nearly hit our car.

One of their coaches reversed into me at a junction, no apology or remorse from the driver.

Great service, friendly staff go above and beyond. No issues!

Drivers are very professional and very knowledgeable about various locations.
