The Dunfermline bus station sucks. Usually full of loud teenagers and drunks fighting, it's really only worth using if there's no other transport. Use the train from Dunfermline City if you can.

Had a bad experience today. Was waiting for the 63 bus to take me to my local church in south Queensferry, or near. It followed a 747 bus which was in front of it. The bus that pulled in to take someone away made me missed the 63 coach. The driver of the 63 saw me but pulled away. Luckily I caught a 43 Lothian bus 1 minute later. The driver of the 747 bus wasn’t very nice when I complained. The 747 bus registration was SN67 WZX 8:58am.

Very helpful and friendly staff.  Would be good to have departure boards at each stand. Loads of teen kids hanging around at 7pm that might be intimidating to some.

Number 32 Glenrothes single decker is in a bad state of repair it shakes struggles to go up hills and water leaks inside 2006 optare  Plus the route is ridiculous

Stagecoach is an absolute joke, no buses christmas services finish early new year , feel like a prisoner in fife lothian buses should be over here show stagecoach how to run a bus service for the people

The 18 bus was late to kelty I then had to argue with the driver about how much they are charging me it is £1 40p from kelty to cowdenbeath as someone who is u16 I was charged £2 50p I then got on the bus waited to get to my stop but there was heavy traffic which again I know isn't the drivers fault so I said excuse me can I please get off here I have a train to catch in 1 minute the driver said "not for your attitude earlier" so the driver porpoisly left a 13 year old child by their self stuck in cowdenbeath for another 1 hour and 30 minutes! My dad has called to complain!!

Good location to reach to from any part. Good construction and division of bus stops inside. A big display on the entrance of the bus stop which is useful to see the arrival timings of the buses. Usually you get frequent buses to go wherever you want to from this bus stop. I took X55 to travel to Edinburgh city.

Indoor and outdoor waiting areas are fine. The toilets being pay to use is a huge pain. The doors for inside are closed at inconvenient times.

Services between Glasgow and Forth Valley are getting really shocking. Constant breakdowns, buses not turning up. The drivers themselves get the star I have given its not their fault. Fill out the contact form and you never get a reply. Shocking customer service. I have just posted a picture of a train ticket I had to purchase. Security staff all round the bus station because customers are raging. Happening too often and the Security staff cannot provide updates because Stagecoach do not give them any information. Public services are shocking.

Stagecoach Dunfermline fife the service to Edinburgh is unacceptable! The service provided by this company is absolutely unacceptable from leaving earlier the the expected times to buses breaking down ,the horrible heat on the bus because the drivers wear short sleeves disrespectful with costumers no patience at all specially the older ones
