I have been with STA for a good few years. I find them most helpful and useful. Would always use this agency. Fantastic

Good for general travel advice but do not buy a "flexible" ticket from them, it's a total con. They say that there will be a small fee for changes but most of the times we wanted to change a flight it was cheaper to just book a new flight than change it through STA
