PLEASE!!!!!! don’t use this taxi rank! Worse service possible! I have left a review on royal cars last week after nearly a year of terrible service& constant lateness to work/appointments. Today I ordered from 1st Apollo as I was adamant I would NEVER order from royal cars again! However little did I know royal cars and 1st Apollo was the same thing! I ordered a taxi to take me somewhere and straight back home! I verbally mentioned this WHEN ordering it over the phone! Then when the taxi came I explained this on the way, even as I got out the car I repeated 3 times please make sure you don’t leave I will be 1min I gave him the fare with a bit more change for dropping me half way! I was under a minute came back round and the simpleton had left! I searched around but had to order another taxi and wait again to be dropped back of home! I called again once I got in the new taxi and mentioned the other driver owed me money.. They advised NOT to pay the second driver the difference, But the second driver wouldn’t agree to this! TERRIBLE SERVICE! The guy who left me initially was in A GREY HONDA ACCORD FE60 FKR, This is when I even asked “oh your face looks familiar have you always worked for Apollo Cars” i new he was one of the drivers who had made me late on a number of occasions, as I was pretty sure he’d taken me previously with a royal car sticker Instead. I would say so much more, but already written this under the “royal cars” review. It was only when my second driver turned up with a royal car sticker I was aware, when I asked him he said it was same place haha ! I have only given 1 star as no alternative for 0! After using these idiots! I think our safe bet around the city is black and white taxis! Because other than terrible customer service skills & time keeping skills! They also speed, they have no idea how to keep passengers safe! Most of them have no idea how to get from A - B, customers become the SAT NAV! My first driver today was driving in the middle of the road when there was no need! The most Unreliable & Rude taxi rank o have come across in Leeds!STAY AWAY!
Absolutely awful, was told to wait 30-40 minutes, taxi hadn’t arrived 50 minutes later so I called them to ask where it was and they said they didn’t receive my first call booking the taxi and hung up. Do not use this company.
Rang and was told where I lived was not in their area I live at ls7 2dr they then said they would come in 5 to 8 min I am still waiting have had to cancel Hosp appt
EXCELLENT TAXI COMPANY BASED IN LEEDS CITY CENTRE.BOOKED TAXI FROM LEEDS CENTRAL TRAIN STATION,OPERATOR TOLD ME 5 MINS AND TAXI ARRIVED WITHIN THAT TIME.ALWAYS FOUND THEY TELL HOW IT IS.IT ONLY COST ME £2.50 FROM STATION TO MERRION CENTRE.
I was very disappionted in the waiting time i was told 5 -10 minutes waiting time and although i am base half a mile from them cancelled my taxi after half an hour not a good service.
Incredibly rude staff. Was insulted down the phone. How can they get away with being so rude?! Would not recommend.
