Poor first time experience wanted ground to open up and swallow me. Made to feel like im stupid. Not only that my partner phoned up to get appointment for me as I was at work and told receptionist she my partner for when I did get an appointment it was put down my mum had phoned.Also got mixed messages from reception about appointments/emergency appointments. They do not listen, very disappointed
