I have found the receptionist and nursing staff to be exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. I haven't met my actual GP yet, but the rest of the staff have made this the best GP surgery I have ever been registered at. I've moved around a lot in my life, so this is out of maybe two dozen other surgeries. I hope the GP's are half as dedicated and pleasant as the rest of the staff.

The doctor is always helpful and I'm grateful for that. The building itself is far too warm and they should invest in air con or have more doors open. It's not natural to sit down and feel the sweat dripping from your forehead. The staff are always happy to help and are polite and courteous.

Drs can be quite rude an un professional when  you ask a question doubting them. If you want to complain no ptpcdure and recptionests tell the Dr and then thay phone you up and don't even apologise for there mistakes. And then i was told i could leave the practice if i was un happy. No confidentially as didnt even get to put complaint in and we get a call from dr telling us that.

Doctors are great but triaging by a receptionist is a big mistake. We called as my partner was feeling ill. Receptionist wouldn't talk to me as we hadnt signed the right forms and basically diagnosed a silent heart attack as post viral tiredness. He nearly died.

I am really impressed with the doctors here but I have to said the recetionist are really bad and very rude have though about moving doctors because of them n how rude they are to patients and their wealth fare but the doctors are nice and always friendly
