I would not recommend this surgery to anyone it's poorly ran and their staff are extremely unprofessional. every time we have needed to go we have had issues with pretty much everyone there the Drs the nurses and the reception staff from disclosing information to a 3rd party which is actually ileagle to telling us our new born baby that they will probably need to have an operation when he only had lil tummy bug. recently  I eventuality had to take my child up to A and E after taking him to the surgery on 4 different occasions as we worried about his breathing but each time we was just told he was ok even being told they couldn't even hear anything wrong which is disgusting as it was obvious and was confirmed when we got to the hospital as they put him on a nebulizer gave him a steroid and put him on oxygen because they were worried about his rattling chest and rapid breathing. this place is a disgrace and it should be looked into and the staff retrained as soon as possible.

Absolutely wonderful surgery they go above and beyond for their patients. Very high standards of care. So glad I moved to Broadstairs and I am at this surgery now thank you

Fab doctors. Walk in clinics on Monday and Friday mornings are so convenient. Dr Reddy and all the staff are kind and understanding. Thank you Mocketts Wood :)
