I used to attend Mary Magdalen's church when I lived in Brighton. Fr. Ray was awesome and the Young Adults' meeting was where I met my wife, so this place has a special place in my heart!

My first encounter with St Mary Magdalen's Roman Catholic Church was almost a year ago, when I forced my nephew to go to Latin Mass after a long beautiful sunny day on the beach. First time for me and him, too. Surprisingly just weeks after with a twist of faith, work brings me here every weekend. It's beautiful 150 years Grade ll listed old Church. It looks much much better inside with stained glass windows, painted Statues of Saints, the Gothic style is settled and classy. It's worth visiting. And on Sundays there is an English Mass at 5pm, so after a long sunny day, one can listen to one of the best, down to earth, inspiring Sermons by Parish Priest Fr. Ray Blake.

I attended mass here one Sunday at 12 pm and it was all in Polish. The singing was magnificent. Well worth a visit. The place was packed.
