I have been along to a few Saturday sessions at St Mary's and found it to be fun, full of friendly people and a good form of exercise. It is a relaxed atmosphere where you can learn boxing basics and exercise in a good atmosphere. There is no pressure, the trainer 'Guy' is great and makes working out fun. I feel refreshed when I leave and would do it more often if time would allow. Ben Darling

Loved the outdoor class! A great way to get fit and have fun. Really varied exercises and good all over work out made the hour fly by. Brilliant instructors and love that they are making use of the outdoors. Definitely recommend to friends. Mel Freeman

Always loads of fun and a brilliant workout! Although it is hard work, you never get a chance to think about it as it's fast-paced and totally varied! I've never liked exercising as much as I do now! And, the benefits are great - increased stamina, strength and all over fitness! Absolutely recommended! Tamara T

I thought returning to regular exercise, after nearly a 20 year break, would be a daunting experience. Thankfully the Boxercise Bootcamp team have been superb and after only 3 months I am now in better shape, lighter and fitter than I have been for years. It really does work, all you have to do is turn up on a regular basis and join in the fun. The added bonus is that I have made many new friends too.Tony G
