Good carpark close to town, only £4 all day.nnIf you need parent and child parking note that there are only a handful of spaces and these fill up quick. They are supposed to be for parent and toddler but this is not policed meaning if you do not arrive early or are not lucky your only chance of getting a little one in or out of the car is to find an end space.nnHowever if you require a disabled space there are plenty of these and there is always space available.nnWalkway from the carpark goes straight from level 1 in to town and there are lifts from all levels. When I went one of the lifts was out of order and the other told me it wasn't in service after the doors had closed and we were moving floors - thankfully it worked as I would not have wanted to be stuck in there with a pram and little one.
Well sign posted and easy to get to, spaces are a bit tight, but only a short walk to the city centre. Currently £1 an hour or £4 all day, see attached photo. A good place to park, only a couple of minutes over the bridge and you're in the city. Very reasonable rates too.
First time use if car park and EV charging which is why we used the facility. It looked like a few of the 12 machines had notices on them so used the first available machine. Instant debit card contactless transaction. £1 charge for parking after 7pm. Clean and bright space.
