Worst car park in worcester. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Poorly maintained and stinks of urine. The entrance and exit spiral ramp gives you no margin for error by the looks of all the gouges out of the wall many costly vehicle repairs have been caused here. The car parking spaces are so small I barely parked over the line and on top of spending overpriced parking fees received a fine of £100 for parking over the line. Disguising money grabbing scheme!
Expensive and very tight on the ramps. Not well maintained in terms of the elevator not working on the lower ground floor as somebody that struggles with steps this was a major issue. Needs a good clean up, should also offer discounts for regular users of said car park.

An alarm was ringing the whole night.nWe were staying at The Cardinal's Hat Inn & Hotel. Our hotel trip was ruined! We called several times and used the app chat... They said an engineer was coming ASAP pure lies. Imagine that sound of the video all night!nnThe sound stopped at some point around 8ish in the morning. The whole night to send someone. They wait until the morning. They don't care if you have your rest or not. Disgraceful. We contacted the city council and filled in the grievance of nuisance noise.nnEdit: the noise problem is under investigation. But the company never contacted us back again after a number of calls and promised to let us talk to a manager. Neither did we receive any kind of apology or compensation because of the situation. I hope the investigation brings some justice to this negligence.
Typical of a dated NCP car park design. Spiral road sections to get to the next floor are alright on the way up, worryingly tight if you have anything larger than a hatchback as the countless marks on the walls indicate on the way down. Spaces are small, even for a hatchback sized car. The layout feels like it was made to be intentionally confusing. You will almost certainly drive around the wrong way at some point. Exit signage is not obvious. The car park isn't cheap, but not a rip off either. It's very conveniently placed. Through a lack of convenient alternatives, I would use this car park again. Given the choice, I'd park elsewhere.
