NCP parking very poor show. I was stuck in traffic to get out of a busy car park and they have fined me for just being over the 10 mins parking by something like 1 minute and a few seconds.nI explained that I was stuck in traffic trying to get out. But could as the was cars infront of me so I could get out as they where waiting to get out. I picked up my friend and then made my way to the exist. I wasn't parked still parked. When in a queue I can't get out the car to pay. Its not my fault that this was a busy time and the exist was very busy.nI am not sure what NCP wanted me to do. Start beeping at the driver in front of me, get out of my car to find how to pay?nI have explained this and appealed. Got a reply back saying this is my fault as I didn't pay after looking at my reg number being scanned in and out. What part did they not understand i couldn't just get out to pay. I will NEVER park in NCP park park again. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use them. I would rather pay for a train and travel.
Whoever designed this car park needs to re-think their job career. The elevated routes to each level from the ground are so so tight and was like being on a helter skelter. Prices are not cheap either if you don’t use the app. However it is slap bang right in the centre. But because of the small space to park and manoeuvre will not use again. Horrible !
Worst car park in Worcestershire. Extortionate pricing versus any other car park local to Worcester town centre, even when using the app. Terribly maintained stairwells & elevators; not to mention barely functional barriers & payment machines. Spaces are all different sizes, and many of them especially on lower levels require you to negotiate your way around concrete columns.
Used for the first time today to go to the cinema and when we arrived we saw the pricing of 6hrsjust over £5 and thought this was reasonable..so parked up and enjoyed our day only to come back and be charged over £11 for the parking... Only to find out that it states the £5 cost is for when you pay via the app.. This is absolutely insane and makes no sense, why would you double the cost. Really inconsiderate to those especially that aren't tech savvy or maybe elderly who don't know how to use parking apps. Such a scam!!
Worst car park I've ever used, spaces are so tight, I scuffed my car on the pillar as got stuck due to the massive car infront of me being too far forward. Staff member just stood there watching me struggle, until great members of the public guided me out. Getting out leaves no room for error....Never again!
