Couldn't fault the process. I had a very personal operation here and the entire team including the receptionist , the nurse's , the Dr's and the surgeons made a very scary visit feel like a walk in the park. Very kind and very supportive. The department was also spotless and very comfortable compared to the way I assumed the visit would be ! Im very grateful for the team here

My experience is solely based on the occupational health department based off of St. Mark'snThe staff were lovely and very much precise with their directions. I was out of there in no time. I am simply leaving this review as a direction for anyone visiting for the first time and feeling overwhelmed because it honestly is a massive establishment. Generally your last bus should take you right outside their doorstep and all you need to do is go inside and get things sorted. Hope this was helpful to all the IMG's out there!
Clinical staff are fantastic, but the admin staff are slack, inefficient and uncommunicative.nI have been dealing with the hospital for 3 years now, trying to ring the hospital is a total joke, phone is never answered and when you do get through on a rare occasion no one can actually give you an answer.nThankyou to the clinical staff, but admin teams get your act together, you are letting the NHS down.
Absolutely dreadful, two weeks late in getting test results for cancer. Not the only one, and still not received. Difficult to get reception to pickup the phone, and then the reception is poor. My father was a Doctor here. I would only say this place has gone down the pan. Wish I had chosen another hospital. The clinician I saw was an out side contractor who spends half his time out of the country. Absolutely no faith in these people. Would avoid like the plague.
