Diane & Margaret plus Fiona and the rest of the day staff were fantastic. They looked after me extremely well and in a highly dignified manner. All in all, as good an experience as possible to under the circumstances.nnIn addition the night care and after-care was also exemplary.nnThe day after going home the consultant checked in and then today 2 days later a representative of the hospital called to see how I was.nnExcellent patient service and support.

Nothing could have been any better in any aspect. From the moment I entered the hospital to the moment I left, every single interaction I had with anyone was incredible. Everyone so thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. Ive never been anywhere particularly hospital wise where every member of staff comes across happy and genuinely willing to help at any given moment. Nothing was too much trouble therefore if I can ever do anything more testimonial wise, Id be more than happy to. Exceptional experience from start to finish.

The staff at all stages made sure I knew what was going on and was comfortable. On arrival they were very welcoming including the porters who took me to my room.The anaesthetist, nurses, surgeon, recovery nurses were very friendly, comforting. Excellent post op-care received while I was in my room Nursing staff excellent. Food choice and taste excellent. Physio nurses excellent to help with my rehabilitation. The surgeon visited me after the surgery more than once informing me how the procedure went, results of x-rays and what precautions to take during my recovery. Excellent experience. Everybody very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Really lovely staff who took very good care of me for 2 nights. Both Fiona the day nurse and Dianne the night nurse were incredible and so attentive making things as comfortable as possible for me. Operation was very smooth too. Recovery was harder but nurses were always on hand to help. Very grateful!

Overall experience has been excellent in the hospital. Everyone explained the procedures to me very clearly. The room was clean and I felt exceptionally comfortable and being taken good care of during my one night stay here. Nurses, especially Dianne were super nice and helpful.
