Would be no stars if possible. How this company are able to still trade is beyond me. Bordering on theft. A retirement policy forced on me from a previous employer now has no value 18 years later due to "member charges". Their charges have outperformed the investment to the tune of wiping it out completely. Save your money under the mattress, at least it will still be there.
