Fantastic service. During our holiday one of our children accidentally knocked a storage heater off the wall. After informing the office, someone was sent round to fix it within an hour. We also wanted to stay for a little longer when our holiday ended and they did everything they could to contact owners about availability.

Brilliant holiday bungalow at Ky Sim Carbis Bay and up to an amazing standard! Clean, tidy and certainly met all our family needs thank you for making our holiday so special!
