Had issues with my DSLR sensor (dust and a few smudges basically). I asked if they had a cleaning service, which unfortunately they do not. But they do sell the equipment to clean the sensor. The man on the till was so helpful. Not only did he explain thoroughly how to use the equipment, but he also gave me much more advice on the subject in general. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

As a local I have always found this Company to be brilliant service. We all have bad days, maybe the person who left the bad review was having a bad day as it was totally uneccessary.

I bought an item from here today (18/04/17) and after about 30 mins realised it wasn't suitable for what i wanted and asked for a refund. The 2 male in the shop very rudely said that i had to read the policy before returning the item but blocked me from reading the policy and that my reason was not valid. They were extremely rude and sarcastic even my 10 year old daughter noticed how rude they were and politely said to me to leave as they were not nice people. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND TO THINK THAT I WAS GOING TO BUY A PAIR OF GLASSES FROM THEM IS A BIG NO NO!! AVOID AT ALL COST! THESE PEOPLE DONT DESERVE BUSINESS WITH HOW THEY TREAT THEIR COSTUMERS! NOT ONLY THAT IM A LOCAL IN THE AREA!! DISGUSTED WITH THIS SHOP AND A LET DOWN TO ST IVES. If i could give 0* i would!!
