Bought a sweatshirt from the store in St. Ives only to have the stitching come apart 2 hours after putting it on. Went to the store want to get a replacement but they didn't have any in the same size. Due to either ineptitude, dishonesty, or both they were unable or unwilling to process a refund. Finally after 40 minutes the shopkeeper managed to process the refund seemingly correctly only for the payment not to go into my account. He contacted the manager and owner of the company, who not only didn't know what to do but refused to speak to me at all, even at my request. I was given a third promise that if I left my details they would have the refund processed by the end of the day. I have just returned to the shop and it is closed. Do not buy anything from this company, they make poor quality clothing and lie to your face as part of their "customer service" package. They have stolen £50 from me. EDIT: I have now received my refund, but it really shouldn't have taken a public naming and shaming on here to get it done. This and the owner's refusal to even speak to me on the phone has made it an atrocious customer service experience. Avoid Hagar Vor company at all costs.

So pleased to find this lovely shop in St Ives. They have a great selection of gorgeous clothes and the assistant was very helpful in getting me different sizes to try on. Very happy with my soft & comfy peach flow T-shirt & it has washed really well! Looking forward to popping in again next time I’m in Cornwall!
Unique quality tee-shirt and hoodie. Not your run of the mill global corporate branding. Really helpful shop staff and I now have a 10% discount on line voucher to spend simple for signing up for mail. Pretty good for a last day of holiday spending spree.
We were visiting St Ives last weekend and on Monday 24th July, my Indian husband and my Indian 10 year old son walked into the Hager-Vor store looking for a jumper for my son while I stood outside reading about the impressive brand identity of this clothing company. My husband had the following interaction with lady in the shop: My husband: Hi, do you have children's clothes in the shop? Lady in the shop: Hello, no we don't, I am afraid. My husband pointing to a rack of kid size jumpers: Are these not for children? Lady in the shop: Those jumpers are for 9-12 year olds only. My husband pointing to my 10-year old son standing next to him: He is 10! Lady in the shop: Oh I don't think he will like these clothes. My husband walking out with my son: Ok, thank you. On one hand, I think the lady in the shop possesses an amazing skill to be able to tell, at a glance, what a stranger will like or not. On the other hand, it is a shame that people like us were viewed by this lady as not in alignment with the brand identity. It is a shame because the clothes looked amazing and we would have loved to support a local brand.

Was in the area so popped in to buy a sweatshirt and t shirt last night. Wasn’t able to use my 10% discount in the shop. The lad said have to go back home 250 miles and order online to get the discount . Unbelievable customer services. Obviously didn’t spend.
I came across this store when visiting St Ives for my wife's birthday. We got a good vibe from it right away and wanted to pop in. The clothing and designs/prints are brilliant. I purchased a navy hoodie with print on the back. It fit's perfectly and is snug. Made from cotton and the service was fantastic. I will definitely be popping back or ordering online. A great store with a nice brand clothing.

I love the brand name, the logo, the styles and the fit. Full marks all round. But what I can't believe is how quickly their gear arrives. This is the fourth item I've ordered and they have all arrived EARLY the next day. Not even that hideous tat specialist Amazon does that. I shall be shopping frequently from these guys – amazing clothes and really well made.
