Fantastic customer service from the very start to finish. Enquired about an Orangery in August time and the friendly and helpful sales rep visited, provided us with drawings and a quote with no pressure to agree there and then and was given time to think about it. We did agree to it and signed the contracts and given a rough 8 week lead time before works could begin. We were delighted when we got the call roughly 4 weeks later that building work was going  commence. All the trades that worked on the orangery were friendly, reliable and extremely well skilled. The build was essentially completed towards the latter end of November with a few minor snags that were rectified following conversations with the after sales support team who again were really helpful and got everything sorted for us really quickly. I would highly recommend St Helens Windows and will most certainly use them for any future home improvements.

So after having my house broken into 9-8-21 I surfed the net to try & find the most local & reliable company to have my patio door replaced. I came across a few companies but St Helens Windows were without a shadow of a doubt the better with regards to positive feedback. I knew post re-opening of trades after lockdown there'd be quite a bit of a wait which I was happily to do and in all fairness they gave me a very accurate window of waiting time & updated me throughout that period. Even this morning Chris & Ryan arrived as previously stated at 9am on the dot and wasted no time in getting down to work, when finished they explained in thorough detail the job they'd done & the locking system on the door. All in All excellent service throughout & the lads were very well mannered & polite.  Highly recommended!!  Thanks again  Paul

Bit of confusion between myself the supplier at the start of the project but all sorted and delivered on time as agreed. Really helpful team on sales and delivery. Just had a new front door fitted by St Helens Windows & Doors, couldn’t be happier with the process from start to finish, and the end result. Would highly recommend, thoroughly professional.

Starting from Gary and the liaison for my quote and contract - it was all perfect. Got the best price out of all the other companies and also the fastest production time. Initially we liaised for 2 days installation, but when the engineers came on the day, they had it all done for 6 hours. It doesn’t get any better than that! Both Gary and the installer guys didn’t get the names, sorry were absolutely kind, friendly and extremely professional. They even offered to take some of my commercial waste residual from renovation which saved me a trip to the recycling centre. The widows and the framing are absolutely amazing! Everything was taken care of with great detail and professionalism. The guys even cleaned after themselves both inside the house and outside. I am definitely using St. Helens Windows for all my future UPVC projects! A massive thank you to Lindsay in customer service as well, for being so prompt and kind when completing my payment. I originally posted a favourable review after I had my front door replaced by St Helens Windows and Doors. However, from the time it was fitted to now, January 2024, I've experienced ongoing issues with the door jamming, leaving me unable to get back into my house. It's been a nightmare trying to get the issue sorted, and as yet, still hasn't been resolved.The matter has now been referred to my credit card company. So overall, I've not had a good experience.

To the person saying 'the person taking the call said my parents had to pay a call out charge plus labour.' I can confirm Lindsay the phone receptionist at this company St Helens Windows not some other with a similar name has told me the same thing despite the response denying it's company policy. They ask £65 call out to address any work under warranty apparently.

We had a composite front door fitted today.  The standard of the work done and the detail of the finish was excellent.  We’re so pleased we chose St.Helens Windows, as right from the start we have been impressed. James, who came to give us our initial quote was so very helpful and Jordan, who was in charge of fitting it did a top job. We would like to thank everyone involved.  We would have no hesitation in recommending St.Helens Windows and we would definitely be back, if we choose to have any other work done.  We are already contemplating changing our porch door as well now!  Thank you!

Fantastic job from these guys, Gary gave me the best quote in the area, delivered on time as requested, and the fitters left the rooms remarkably clean
