I have used GUD for some minor building work and the work carried out was excellent. Could  not fault them on anything. Top people to deal with. I needed a new boiler system installing and although GUD are builders they sent their plumber Neil in for quote. A few weeks later I had the boiler fitted .very neat job and no mess. Neil is Gas registered and the system was fully tested and registered . Highly recommended .

GUD did extensive work on our community building including roofing, windows, fascias and brickwork. Had no problems at all very helpful and pleased with all aspects of their work.

As commercial estate agents with amangement portfolio, we have found it hard to come accross reliable builers. 

GUD have been nothing short of fantastic since we found them through one of our clients. No job to big or small, they are quick to attend jobs and they are fantastic at communicating with our Tenants - which is not something that is expected - but they always make sure people know what is going on and when it will happen to avoid any disruptions to their business. We use them regularly for business and after seeing their work we now also use them for any works at home.

We no longer have any other building contractors as GUD have never let us down, would highly recommend.

We have The Cheshire Set Nail Lounge  in Lymm - G.U.D builders did some work on the front of our salon. Great work and sorted out the problem promptly - made up with the work

I rang up Patrick from GUD who recommended a plumber named Rick Goldthorpe from Sutton who does Plumbing and heating work for Patrick ie GUD. However Rick is not Gas safe and has had infringements by HSE on carrying out work when he shouldn't have been doing so. Be very careful when allowing GUD to do work for you as their sub contractors are not checked for certification and unsafe work has been carried out. Thankfully after the initial hickup I got a different company  Dyno contractors which are based in Knowsley to carry out  new boiler, New some supply pipe, New and repositioned boiler,new radiators, plasterong and new bathroom who were absolutely superb and would strongly recommend Dyno instead
