Aaron was amazing from start to finish. He was professional, he set reasonable expectations, and he handled problems with ease. He is an expert negotiator and even as the market slowed used his toolbox of skills to get us an additional $50k even though our place was already fairly priced. I'm so glad I went with Aaron Majors as my Realtor to help me purchase and build my dream home. Aaron Majors found the most beautiful piece of property for me with a creek front. He spent over a year showing me properties and it didn't matter how far or how long it took to find the perfect one. He went the extra mile to help me with permits and advice on issues I had no idea about to build my home. He helped with all the financial paperwork and made sure things were going my way and that I understood everything with patience and kindness. We highly recommend Aaron! In the interest of full disclosure, Aaron was a recommendation made by my mother-in-law. A recommendation will get you in the door but then you have to earn your business. Aaron went above and beyond in doing this. We contacted Aaron several months ago to sell our home in Tigard. He arrived at our first meeting with organized folders which provided comps, etc. He suggested we list the house at a price that was a bit below my expectation but after going through the paperwork, we saw that Aaron had come to his conclusion based on solid facts. With that said, he is very respectful and will honor your wishes, which is very comforting from a seller perspective. After listing our house, we went through the typical whirlwind of offers, lost offers, inspections, appraisals, etc. Though we had some bumps in the road, Aaron was there to support us through it all. Aaron has a diverse background which lends well to being a realtor. He has a military background so he understands rules and he is a thoughtful and nice human so he communicates well. He will be your best advocate. Aaron was our realtor in both selling our old house and buying our new house and he had or backs throughout the process. Aaron is the kind of person who will respect a client's wishes. If you are a straight shooter and want his blatant opinion as I did, he will provide it and it helped us time and time again. Aaron is wonderful and we are glad to have added him to our list of family after getting to know him so well over the last several months.
Great experience all around! I both sold an bought with Aaron. He's incredibly responsible, and has a knowledge base that reflects a breadth of experience. I ended up buying a fixer, and Aaron was able to guide me through was is possible and had a good sense of what the upgrades would cost based on his own experiences. In addition, he did a great job of managing my anxiety around the whole process. Highly recommended!
