Minimum parking charges of £2 even if you've only popped in for 15 minutes . Need to encourage people back to the high street not keep them away with profit driven charges

Not like it used to be, many stores empty. I still shop there regularly for individual items and handy for the post office. New gym recently opened which is a positive sign.
