It's Bexleyheath's compact shopping centre with stores like Boots, Superdrug, Marks and Spencers, The Fragrance Shop, The Perfume Shop, River Island, Cardzone, Card Factory, Claire's, Deichmann, Vodafone, EE, Holland & Barrett, H&M, Hays travel, Poundland, The Entertainer, B&M, TK Maxx and Metro Bank etc. Eating options like Costa coffee, Burger King, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Greggs, cafe at M&S, McDonald's etc. It has plenty of parking spaces.
This shopping center is really cheap replica of what you get to see in central London. Super bad gross Starbucks with mouldy juices and coffee is a scam. Boots doesn’t have a decent collection and the only saving grace is probably the M&S and H&B. There is one more local health food shop which is rather cool but that’s it!
My wife and I have regularly used and relied upon Broadway Shopping Centre Mall many countless times in the past. Mostly for all varied items of retailing, various commodities, gifts, banking, restaurants, etc. My personal favourite shops in the Mall and adjacent Broadway are W.H.Smiths, The Works, O2 phonehouse. Other regularly used retail outlets we visit are Morleys, Boots, Card Factory,Clinton's, The Fragrance shop other cosmetic shops occasionally in and outside the Mall Shopping Centre The Mall has an in - built multistorey car park toilets, lifts, stairways, access and facilities for the disabled inclusive that lead into the Mall ground floor below. Convenient for Townley Road Library too! Most commutes are equally made here either by private or public transport bus B13 or 132. A very convenient clean, bright, useful, and safe shopping centre with warm sheltered spacious walkways with seating. It may not have every retail outlet compared with Bluewater at Greenhithe or Lakeside, Thurrock; but we find has enough here for our needs from local close proximity. The Christmas lights, outdoor market stalls, buskers on occasions in the Broadway by Bexleyheath's historic Clock Tower a local landmark all add to the festive atmosphere. Very busy and vibrant here too at various times of the day, week, and year, and fair to say a popular and regularly visited place whether shopping or using the entertainment - hospitality facilities, all within easy reach. Very strategically placed as a good bus changeover point at Bexleyheath Clock Tower immediately outside the shopping centre for interchanges elsewhere in Bexley Borough, neighbouring North - West Kent and the Inner/ Outer London borough areas.
Good place for shops and occasional market stalls. I would say one of the better shopping centres in the area.nWent up on Saturday when they was holding a free event with lots of superheroes and cars and even wrestling.
I leave this place completely drained every time. Pay machines always broken, lifts that don’t work or just have to wait until it stops at your floor because the call buttons don’t work. Gym users always parking in the few parent and child spaces. The silver Renault that has been parked in one of the parent child spaces since December 2024, that no one seems to have had removed. Hardly any decent shops left, one shops closes replaced with tat or the inside stalls that no one ever buys anything from. Weekends are ridiculously busy no chance of quickly popping in to grab a few bits and weekday after 2pm are the same thousands of school children congregating everywhere and in the way of genuine shoppers, none seem to be able to walk up a single flight of stairs to get to the toilet and will cram into the few lifts for those who need the parking levels and have prams and wheelchairs. Security don’t seem to do anything to move them on and it’ll be like that up until closing time.
