Service was excellent from initial booking which was made months ahead to confirmation the week before and replies were always prompt. Taxi's arrived on time and for the return leg Charlie was happy to wait for around 45 minutes as we were running late, no complaints at all. The highlight of the trip was the disco bus on the way home which finished our day off in the best possible way. If you are in the area and need a cab, right up to the 16 seat disco bus, you should look no further. Thanks for everything Charlie, very professional service.

Picked me and my son up exactly on time from St. Ives, dropped us off at the circus in Hayle, then took us back, very good rate, always on time (I recommend you ask for David, very punctual and quick). Will definitely use them again.

Best service ever, driver picked us up twice on time and helped us with directions, bus times and train times! I would highly recommend this company to all!

We came on holiday to hayle and as we were travelling by coach, we needed to leave early on a Friday morning, I called up the Thursday night to pre book, the guy on the phone said that the guy who is up at that time isn't up and that if we pre booked it he would have to stay up all night 😂😂. He told me to call in the morning, I proceeded to call this morning and the driver told me he was still in bed and that he couldn't pick us up. So much for a 24/7 service. Not happy at all, glad I'm don't live in hayle due to the bad service, good luck everyone
