Dropped in on spec with no booking. No tables available (all reserved) though sofas are kept free for drop-ins. Bit difficult to hold conversation due to just too over-loud music, hence the dropped star. Food was excellent, and hit the fine line between not inexpensive, not exorbitant, and good value. Jerked ribs unusually meaty (unlike your standard rack of ribs), and more or less fell off the bone. Salt burger was likewise flavoured well and cooked well. The slight letdown was the ribeye steak, slightly overcooked from the requested medium, still juicy and tender though, and not worth knocking another star off the rating. Staff were friendly, and we felt well looked after, with shortages (specials) outlined and dishes explained when quizzed on e.g. heat of marinades, implies the servers themselves have tasted the food and know it well enough. Tips are shared between all staff, including kitchen, when we asked.

We eat here 2 nights while on holiday and highly recommend it 😋 friendly staff/great food and lovely atmosphere Thanks 🤗🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
