Very friendly and caring staff, I was late for my appointment due to an issue with my transport being delayed, however the vet accommodated this and made time to see us at the end of the day.
I’ve used St Anne’s twice now since moving to Eastbourne for two of my cats, and they’ve been really lovely and helpful each time - the Vets at this branch are so friendly and enthusiastic, and really do genuinely care about your pets. Easy to get an appointment and easy to park, and a friendly waiting room experience too.
Always welcoming and looking after my dog with great care

Friendly, professional and caring. Very impressive.
Mostly a good service. Cathy one of the receptionists could do with learning some manners however. She is abrupt verging on rude. I have used this vet many times and whenever our paths have crossed she has been the same.
I visited Pembury Road vets for a repeat prescription of Opticscare eye nibbles for my cat. As usual very friendly
